Lunch will be provided on Friday and Saturday. VIP ticket holders will get 2 drink tickets for each of the happy hour events- the welcome mixer and the roundtable session.
Transportation to and from the airport will not be provided, Uber and Lyft are both available in Scottsdale. There is no charge for parking at the hotel for hotel guests.
Refunds for early purchases will be allowed through April 1st. Beyond April 1st, there will be no refunds for this event for lack of attendance as we're limited by the venue on the amount of people attending. If you can't make it, we will try to resell your seat, and if we can, will give you a refund, but there are no guarantees. So please be sure that you can make it before you purchase.

We kick off the event on Thursday, June 25 at 1pm and the event concludes Saturday, June 27 at 6pm. All ticket holders are invited to join us for the afterparty dinner luau Saturday evening from 6-9pm at the Scott Resort & Spa.
